Know More About Our Services
Quality Agreements/SOPs are mandatory, not only for day to day quality operation but for various regulatory audits and qualifications critical to product releases and sales in new markets. Producing and getting sign-offs on comprehensive SOPs for different products, packaging, and routings can be a daunting process in itself.
True change management (keeping SOPs updated as well as re-freshed with all supply chain parties) is even more challenging. LifeConEx has successfully added an innovative new feature on LifeTrack, our proprietary IT platform, a true data-integrated Quality Agreements/SOPs management function. Although this feature is mainly for internal process optimization, the major beneficiaries are our clients who have multiple origins and destinations with various products with different temperature and packaging requirements.
The Director of Customer Service & IT at LifeConEx explains: "Here is one simple illustration. With conventional methods of documentation management – even with some web-enabled platforms – changing a simple contact information across tens and hundreds of SOPs is extremely difficult. However, with LifeTrack, we are able to change such or even more complicated information with a few clicks with complete revision trails and sign-offs maintained centrally."
LifeTrack gives our customers and our partners unparalleled visibility to all their shipments, both during transit and for historical data, and is compliant to the US FDA’s 21 CFR Part II requirements.
Comming Soon LifeTrack 2.0
Since its introduction to the market in 2007, LifeTrack has transformed the way our clients manage and control their temperature-sensitive supply chain. Not only in terms of regulatory compliance, but also product integrity and customer service," says Dina Bunn, Director of Customer Service & IT at LifeConEx
."Also, technology is more readily available than ever, and will not remain a competitive advantage for a long time, maybe 6-12 months max. However, what you do with them will get you the 2-3 years competitive advantage. Our clients will gain that competitive advantage from LifeTrack 2.0."
But LifeConEx CEO David Bang believes that staying ahead of the competition means innovating new IT applications every 3-5 years due to rapid changes in technology. "If you think your 3-year old IT system is ready for the current and near future business environment, you are sticking your head in the sand," says Bang.
